The 80 m² holiday flat is located on the first floor of a five-storey residential building in a gated community just a few metres from the coast, the harbour and the train station of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres. The house was last renovated in 2013 and offers space for six people.
From the living room you have access to the balcony. Here you will find a table and chairs as well as an awning for sunbathing and you can enjoy the views of the communal swimming pool. Shops, the port and the nearest train station are about 100 metres away. There are regular trains to Barcelona from the station. There are also restaurants within 100 metres and the centre of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres is approximately 1 km away. The flat is ideal for a beach holiday with the option of visiting Barcelona.
