The house was originally an old farmhouse. Today, with three bedrooms, a large living and dining room with adjoining kitchen, it offers plenty of space for families with and without children or dogs, friends, relatives and small groups. A total of beds for max. 5 to 6 people. (If you want to accommodate more people, you can also book our two houses together. Then together for 8 to 9 people. With the holiday flats of our neighbours managed by us together up to 13 people). Outside there is a large terrace with a brick barbecue and a stone seating area under a vine pergola. The house is situated on a large plot on the mountainside next to a stream and the forest. From the house and grounds you have a view of Monte Zeda and the neighbouring Val Grande, as well as Falmenta. The bar, post office, car park and bus stop are about 10 minutes' walk from Falmenta. You can go on countless hikes directly from the house. Up into the wild Val Grande, down to Lake Maggiore, or simply nearby through the forest strips and discover many stone traces of the abandoned mountain farming culture.
