This house has been fully refurbished before thisseason. There are 4 bedroom with sea and panoramic veiws, big living room with the terrace overlooking the area, pool and Mediterranean sea. Fully equipped kitchen.
The air conditioning throughout the house is ducted, it has the antivirus and anti-mite system and suitable for people with respiratory problems
There is outside barbeque area. The pool is totally private, surrounded by the palm trees, lemons and other fruit trees.
The house is situated on the hill, in a quite urbanization Valldemar. There is a bakery 200m from the house and a local restaurant where you can have a breakfast with fresh hand made croissants, order paella or other typical mediterranean food to eat there or to take away.
There is a bus stop a several metres from the house to get to the station, centre of the Calafell or to the beach. The frequency is every 30 min.
Distance to the beach is 10 min driving.

1. 4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€300) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 10:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
