This semi-detached house is located on the island of Lipari, above the sea with access to one of the most beautiful beaches on the west coast. View of the sea to the east and south to the Etna and the island of Vulcano and the Sicilian coast. The nearest town, Pianoconte, is 1 km away (restaurants, bars, supermarket, post office / cash machine). The main town of Lipari and the harbor are 3km away.

The property is single storey, about 68 square meters in size, and consists of a living room with brick seating area, which can provide two beds if required, adjoining a bathroom.
