Beautiful house, surrounded by other luxury villas, two kilometers from the renowned village of Pedara, one of the most renowned in Catania for its healthy air and greenery.
Mamma Iganto extends over a 2000 meter garden, and consists of two levels of which the apartment dedicated to the guests is on the superior level. The ground level remains closed.
Inside there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom; a twin, another bathroom with shower and a living room with kitchen.
In the living-room there is also a double sofa bed.
All the furniture, as you can see from the photos, is new, fresh, modern.
Outside there is a wonderful infinity pool (10x5 meters) and a hot tub.
