Summary: Very helpful staff. Very hard bed. No duvet and the blankets were very old and seemed dusty and dirty. The air conditioning wasn’t working, and we had to have a whole debate about whether it was necessary. We booked the hotel to have that specific option, so that was a dealbreaker. The minibar wasn’t working, so our food we brought spoiled. We wouldn’t have brought it, if we didn’t know, we had a minibar. So the options we chose the hotel from, were not available. Staff was very friendly and did their very best.
