Summary: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Room interior was of satisfactory condition. It was clean, tidy and included a fridge. On the downside, the corridors leading to the room had dirty carpets and felt from a bygone era. The key to the room is old fashioned and with a heavy keyring, so everyone drops the keys when they exit. Overall, very good
