Summary: A shame I had to downgrade my rating on my second visit. I was mis-sold a "deluxe" single room. At the point of sale they show pictures of an extra wide single bed, prompting me to pay more for this. When I got there it was a regular single bed. The receptionist explained that some of the deluxe rooms have the bigger bed but others not. There was also much less toiletries and a poor shower in the room, meaning I got less from going deluxe than I got from my regular room last time. The receptionist I spoke to deserves credit, she was very professional and we were able to debate this while remaining civil. Unfortunately she is being let down and put in a difficult position by the hotel management.
