This large house has 5 bedrooms, private pool with solarium and two terraces. The house is comfortably furnished and equipped for 12 people. At the entrance floor we have: the kitchen next to the dining room with direct access to a large terrace with barbecue, two bedrooms with 2 single beds in each bedroom, two bathrooms and a large bedroom separated in two levels with 2 single beds in each floor. In the lower floor, we find two double bedrooms, both with wonderful sea views, another terrace and a bathroom.
Both terraces overlook the private pool which is located on the lower floor. From the pool and garden area, there is an access to the street. From there you just have 100m. to the harbor beach.
At the top floor, there is a parking area for 3 vehicles and the main entrance to the house.
The price includes: Water, electricity, 3 parking places, swimming pool, sheets, towels, tablecloth, and kitchen towels. It also includes a weekly bed linen and towels change for stays of 2 weeks or longer.
