On the upper floor: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The exterior has a private 8x4x2m pool open all year round, hammocks for sunbathing and barbecue. There is equipment such as a washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, winter heating, television, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, garage for two cars, additional outdoor parking inside the property, and sheets and towels included.
