The newly furnished house has an independent entrance with garden and a beautiful porch with seating and coffee table. On the ground floor there is a very large living room with a smart 55 inch TV, a double sofa bed, a large fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace with barbecue. Up the stairs, on the First Floor, there are 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub)
The rooms are composed of:
- Bedroom 1: double bed, large wardrobe, 42 "LCD TV, outdoor terrace, air conditioning
- Bedroom 2: double bed, large wardrobe, 40 "LCD TV, outdoor terrace, air conditioning
- Bedroom 3: 1 king size single bed 2.20 meter long with robotic engine, wardrobe, 14 "LCD TV.
Parking is located outside the property on a public plaza that is only 20 meters from the house.
The house is part of a complex of 4 independent houses in which all my relatives live. It is important, therefore, to respect the neighborhood in particular in night time and the use of the home appropriately.
