Summary: We had an early morning international flight & arranged with the hotel via hotels.com for a”picnic breakfast”. The hotel confirmed in writing that they would have something prepared. It is for this reason that we didnt arrive with food when we checked in at 10pm the night before our departure. The attendant said that they had nothing for us, the kitchen was closed and was moderately apologetic and offered up no options despite having (2) kitchens open for dinner. The dinner we had was lackluster avd overpriced. Do not recommend staying here. The atmosphere and tone is sterile, it does not convey wellness/soa vibes at all.
