Summary: The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, just a short and pleasant walk to/fro Plaza de España. Unfortunately, when I arrived, there was no one at the front desk and the main doors were locked, so I ended up waiting outside for almost 20 minutes. My room felt a bit cramped, dark and had a damp smell, mixed with strong cleaning product odors. On the positive side, the property itself is very clean and the staff is helpful once available. I do think the breakfast could benefit from a wider variety of options.
