LOFT ON THE SEA recently renovated, has two beautiful covered porch verandas, with sea views over the Gulf of Tindari - Milazzo and the Aeolian Islands. The sea and the beautiful beach are just 30 meters away. The modern and sophisticated furniture characterizes the whole house (about 90 square meters). Arranged on the second floor of a family property, it is equipped with every comfort: hot/cold air conditioning, a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, flat screen satellite TV, shower, refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron ironing board, wi-fi, classic moka and electric coffee machine, kitchen equipment, towels, bed linen and towels ...).

The house can accommodate up to four people and is composed as follows: a large living room with kitchenette plus bathroom, a spacious bedroom and two covered porch verandas with panoramic views in which to relax and enjoy the view that nature offers us.

The house is located on the seafront, on the Lungomare Marchesana in Terme Vigliatore in the province of Messina (35 km from Messina and 155 km from Catania airport. From the nearby city of Milazzo, ferries depart every hour for the Aeolian Islands (Lipari, Vulcano , Salina, Stromboli, Panarea, Alicudi and Filicudi). You can also visit the historic center of Milazzo with the Spanish quarters, the great fortress, Capo Milazzo with the beautiful sandy beaches and isolated coves, hiking trails, a lighthouse with a fantastic view , many shops and gastronomic venues .. Furthermore, we recommend visiting: Tindari (Black Madonna and the ancient Greek theater), the natural oasis "Laghetti di Marinello" (7 km) with the beautiful sandy beach and the Roman Villa in Terme Coward.
