The house has several beautiful terraces and lounge areas. There is gated car park area inside walled premises for six cars.
The master bedroom has dressing room, jacuzzi bath, walk in shower, bidet & his and her basins. There are two additional large bedrooms with beautiful en-suite bathrooms and 5th large bedroom.
There are several good restaurants within few minutes walk from the villa as wells as supermarkets and cafes. Fantastic and famous Puerto Banus yacht harbour is just 1,5km away with tens of restaurants, department stores, high-street shops and great bars, discos, clubs, beaches, beach clubs etc. There are seven golf-courses within minutes reach from the house.
