Summary: Our arrival at the hotel was unfortunately not a pleasant one due to some issues with the front desk staff. However, I must say that the duty manager and the leadership team handled the situation with remarkable professionalism. They reacted immediately after check-in and took concrete steps to make things right, which truly helped turn the experience around. It’s very important to have a management team that listens to its guests, and in this case, they absolutely did. Their prompt and respectful response made a big difference. I can warmly recommend this hotel. Even if something goes wrong, you can be confident that they will take action and do their best to resolve the matter. That level of commitment and service only makes the hotel better and stronger in the long run.
