Staying at Villa Vittoria, it will be possible to visit many centers with high cultural and artistic interest in Tuscany such as Arezzo, Florence, Siena, Pienza, Valdorcia, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Chianti, .... and in Umbria such as Perugia , Lake Trasimeno, Assisi, Gubbio, Orvieto, Spoleto, ...
The owners have paid particular attention to the furnishings in modern style of this newly built house to ensure a perfect stay for their guests: Wi-Fi connection, air-conditioned bedrooms and living rooms, satellite TV, well-equipped kitchens, fully enclosed green garden, swimming pool and porch.
A provincial road passes at the rear side of the property, which is also from where you enter the parking area of the house; however, the interiors are very well soundproofed with all the amenities enjoyable in every season.

Ground floor: access through a porch to the living area composed of living-room, dining-room and fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with French bed and double sofa-bed, one bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and sensory shower.
Dependance (70 m2)
Ground floor: sliding door access to the living room equipped with Sat-Tv, double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, Table and chairs for meals, double bedroom with sliding door to the garden and view on the pool, bathroom with shower.
The house is very well equipped and furnishings have been carefully chosen with taste by the owners.

OUTDOOR
Villa Vittoria has a small (200m2) but well maintained and fully fenced garden.
In the garden, there is a pretty swimming pool (3 x 10 m - depth 1,50 m) between the house and the dependance where children can have fun while adults sip a glass of excellent Tuscan wine. On guest's disposal also the Jacuzzi, with sun-cover and heated water for relax and romantic moments in every season of the year.
There is also a small “wooden house” on a tree where children can play.
The parking area is situated outside the property and there is also a EV charging station for electric cars.
The price includes: sheets and towels with weekly change, water, electricity, gas for cooking purposes, pool and garden maintenance.
The price does not include: final cleaning (€ 100,00 fix), eventual Tourist Tax if required by the local authorities (details on the spot)
On request: extra cleaning ( € 12/h ), extra sheets and towels change( € 12 / person), pool towels (€ 3 / each one per change), heating and air conditioning 20,00 Euro/day.
