Villa West Coast is a Moroccan style house, ideal for a comfortable and relaxing holiday with a spectacular sea view and direct access to the beach, overlooking the beach of Cala Moni.
Outside the private pool 12,5 mt x 6.5 mt surrounded by several desks with sundeds and umbrellas. The garden offer a beautiful panoramic view, covered terraces with summer dining room, a barbecue to enjoy moments togheter,entering inside a spacious living room with TV, sofas and the fireplace. A modern full equipped kitchen.
The Villa is developed on 600m2, it has 6 bedroom (4 with TV) with bathroom outside, shared, and can accomodate 12 person.
Three rooms has the direct access to the terrace, one with double bed and two with twin beds. Other two bedrooms has twin beds, the last bedroom has two twin beds plus a single bed.
Villa West Coast has a loundry room with washing machine and dryer, a car parking.
It’s possible to arrive at the beach by a path directly from the property.

Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
