The apartment has been recently renovated and furnished with care to offer you an unforgettable experience during your vacation. We are in a privileged position in the historic center, a few steps from the Cathedral, the Garden of Minerva, and the Pinacoteca.
The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, charging outlets for devices, and an extraordinary view of the gulf for a wake-up on the sea.
The living area, which represents the heart of the apartment, has a welcoming and elegant style; there is a comfortable and large double sofa bed, a Samsung 32" smart TV, with our Netflix account made available to our guests, to spend happy and carefree hours during the entire stay, and a relaxation area with a work station for maximum privacy, in case our guests work in smart-working.
There is a large bathroom with ceramic finishes, a relaxing hydro-massage bathtub, sanitary fixtures, and courtesy kit with shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. You will also find a hairdryer for any eventuality. The bathroom also has a compartment for storing personal effects.
We have a masonry kitchen equipped with an oven, various utensils, and a coffee machine. Next to the kitchen, there is a small pantry where you will find the fridge, washing machine, and everything you need for your stay. The dining area, spacious and welcoming, has four seats and will be the perfect place for your moments of refreshment.
The terrace, the strong point of our holiday home, is a real oasis of peace and tranquility: it is the perfect place to enjoy a lunch outdoors, sunbathe, sip a glass of wine at sunset, or organize a romantic dinner.
