Summary: The only negative about our stay, was it was only one night! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom and a view of the canal out front. Breakfast was excellent, and had something for everyone. The patio out front, and the garden out back were gorgeous! The dock out front meant we could conveniently catch our boat taxi literally outside the front door. Location was quiet, but near sites, restaurants and bars, and gelato! A 15 minute walk took us to St. Mark’s square. But the best thing? The staff! They saw us rolling our suitcases across the front courtyard, and ran outside to take them from us! We were way ahead of check-in time, and the staff were kind enough to store our bags. When we returned from our day, our bags were already in our room. After a long day of travel from the US, it was so nice to be so well taken care of!
