Positive: Great location. Close to the metro and pedestrian boulevard. Clean, comfortable. New saucpan.
Negative: The apartment requires additional attention, primarily the plumbing (faucets are loose, toilet seats are wobbly, there is a sewer smell, there are sewage problems in the kitchen). In the kitchen, the dish sponge and table napkin are old and greasy (a new set would cost less than 1 euro, but would give a great professional image) Also, the gas boiler requires urgent maintenance - it is covered with cobwebs (i.e. maintenance has not been done for a long time) and it constantly produces errors. The sofa in the living room is in a ruined state - an adult cannot sleep on it. Bed linen without a duvet cover (sheet and blanket on top) - this is done often in Italy, but it is neither convenient nor hygienic. Turning on the oven turned into a difficult quest - since all the markings on the controls were erased. At the same time, while on the road, had to fill out the details of all the passports everyone of all the children and read and sign an agreement on 7 sheets - as if it was a new apartment after a fresh renovation...
Summary: Overall not bad, but requires a more responsible attitude towards the object
