Positive: The apartment is airy, bright and comfortable, in a great location, really short walk to the beachfront and marina and the bars and restaurants. On arrival it was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen is well equiped (we cooked in most evenings), and it included a washing machine and a place on the roof to hang out washing. We were primarily working from the apartment as a stop off while travelling through Spain and it was perfect for us, a really quiet neighbourhood and no noise from the other residents either in the day or the evening, despite the proximity to the beach etc. It also had super quick wifi. David's communication was perfect, he responded very quickly to any queries ahead of arriving and was very patient with me when I phoned when I hadn't correctly followed his (very clear!) instructions on arrival! The bathroom is a little bit dated but is fully functional, the shower over the bath has good water pressure and hot water. The view from the balcony might be initially disappointing but it's typical of a side street in a typical spanish town. The balcony itself was a nice peaceful space to sit out and have a coffee or a beer.
