Our green building is located on the first hills of Bologna, just 20 minutes from the city (Carteria di Sesto), along the border with the Parco dei Gessi Bolognesi e Calanchi dell'Abbadessa. We are at the end of a dirt road that goes from about 130 meters to 220 meters, you can go up on foot or by mountain bike or by car. We do not have animals but we can accommodate small-medium sized dogs (for large ones there is an outside garden), as well as small children (we have two aged 10 and 7). The house is a 35 square meter studio with bathroom, kitchen and double bed, an independent space, with free access at any time, independent heating and air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine and hob available. The apartment is entirely in green building, i.e. wood and straw, completed in 2023 with latest generation technologies (heat pump, rainwater recovery system, storage batteries).Outside we have about a hectare of space with woods, dry toilet, solar shower, sandbox for children and a tree house always for children. Those who wish, can light a barbecue or a fire under the stars and enjoy the evening in maximum peace!
The room has a double bed with organic cotton futon and comfortably accommodates 2 people, or 2 people and 1 small child (up to 3 years), while the sofa bed is perfect for one person or a child/teenager.
