It overlooks Tabiano Castle, Bargone and the Emilia countryside and the area is ideal for hiking, mountain biking and horse riding. Nearby there are lots of villages, churches, and beautiful cities to explore including Salsomaggiore Terme, Fidenza and Parma.
Villa Penina (450 sqm) develops over three levels.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room (with sofas and chairs), a dining room (with large dining table and chairs) and a well-equipped kitchen (with a table). In the sleeping area, on this level you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).
On the first floor, you will find three double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (two with shower and one with a tub).
On the third floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with connecting doorway into another double bedroom (with double sofa bed) with a bath (in the room) and separate toilet. There is also one triple bedroom (with double bed and single bed) with connecting doorway into a twin bedroom (with two single beds) with a bath (in the room) and separate toilet.
Outside, the villa has a fenced garden with a swimming pool (20m x 6m; depth 1.6m; open 15 May – 15 October), a large first-floor terrace which is perfect for hosting events and at ground level, an outdoor dining area and relaxation area.
