Quiet 3 bedroom apartment with 5 bathrooms situated on 2 levels, ideal for 10 guests. The apartment is situated on 2 levels: on the ground floor there is a unique open space with kitchen and living room that can become the 4th bedroom, and 2 bathrooms; on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. From the ground floor 2 French doors open onto the condominium garden. The entrance, with a three-door wardrobe, gives access to the first bathroom and living room. Here, there is a 55” television and 2 sofas, one with a chaiselong that becomes a double bed, and the other that can become a double or 2 single beds (for a total of 4 sleeping spaces). The open floor plan kitchen is equipped with induction burners, combination microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, kettle, dishes, and utensils for cooking and having lunch or dinner comfortably for 10 people. From the living area, a staircase leads to the first floor, where a corridor gives access to the 3 bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms, the last bathroom is in fact only accessible from a bedroom. All 3 bedrooms have 2 single beds that can be perfectly combined into a double bed (6 total beds). The bathrooms, including those on the ground floor, do not have windows but have a ventilation system and shower.
