This country villa was built on two levels in 2001 to high standards & is lovingly furnished and well equipped. (3 bedrooms upstairs in main house and a double bedroom apartment downstairs, which can be rented in addition to main house if required). It is situated in 2 acres of open land, bordered by a small stream and offering fabulous views to the mountains. It is fully fenced and gated. Totally private.
The drive features an ornate fountain and there is plenty of parking. Car required, but taxis available.
On the upper level there is a double en-suite bedroom & a double bedroom & twin bedroom sharing a bathroom plus a separate WC.
The spacious and open sitting room boasts a log fire, a must for the cooler winter months, a 32' TV with Conred multi-lingual tv and film package and WiFi. Fire sticks can be used in the flat screen tv’s through the Wi-fi, including the bedroom.
The large kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher and microwave.
On the lower level, the casita with it´s independent entrance, has recently benefited from a make-over and offers twin bedroom accommodation & wet room with flat roll-in shower. It has a separate toilet and a small kitchenette with washer / dryer / fridge/ toaster / kettle/sofa-bed. This is an additional cost to the main villa if requiring more than 6 people. Suitable for wheelchair users too. Wheelchair accessible due to built in ramps, and hoist available downstairs.
The main house and the casita can be booked together or they can be booked independently of each other however only one group of guests will stay at the property at any one time, ensuring complete privacy. The main house up to 6 people) and casita are priced independently and this is reflected in the pricing section, depending on the number of additional guests.
The property has hot and cold Air Conditioning.
In front of the house is a large, private swimming pool (10x5m) with roman steps set in the lovely gardens where you can wander round and pick your own fruit - no shopping for lemons for your ice cold gin and tonic! There is a beautiful, hand-built BBQ with its own large, covered dining area with lit bar, fridge and sink. Spacious terraces & patios give plenty of space for everyone and perfect for al fresco dining and watching the night skies.
A gardener visits once a week (on a Wednesday) to maintain the gardens and clean the pool.
As the villa has its own totally private pool, (which isn’t overlooked), gardens and barbecue/bar area, it is ideally suited for a family with children or mixed age groups, or couples wanting to get away from it all in the seclusion of a private villa. It is also within walking distance of plentiful and various bars/restaurants, but a car is essential to access the main town. Ideally located for nearby local golf courses; Alhaurin Golf and Lauro Golf and centrally situated for touring and exploring all that Spain has to offer.
Supermarkets and shops are within a short drive as are many bars and restaurants. If you love to BBQ you´ll love the butchers situated on the nearby Poligono La Rosa or the English butcher in town.
Please don’t leave all aircon on with several other electrical units or the system will blow!
All rubbish must be taken out to bins (found in the poligono or roadsides) to stop smell, ants and maintain hygiene. Thank you!
