This modern and spacious 105 sq.mt apartment is located on the fourth floor of a period building with a lift (5 steps before the elevator), in the strategic district of Santa Rita, which is a quiet area. where you will not be suffocated by traffic and yet not far from the city center. The neighborhood winds around the square built around the Sanctuary of Santa Rita, full of shops and ice cream parlors. An interesting local market active every day in the morning and Saturday for the whole day, is located near the square. The city center is easily accessible by public transport available in the immediate vicinity.

We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange a late check-out if possible. It will be possible to leave after 11am on the day of check-out, in case there are no other incoming guests. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.
