Ideal for large families or small groups of friends looking for the perfect seaside getaway, the villa has direct access to the beach (20 m) and is close to Donnalucata (6 km), where you can find shops, banks, and restaurants. The location also makes the perfect starting point for exploring the surrounding area - including the charming baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Noto, and other places made popular by the Inspector Montalbano series such as Sampieri, Punta Secca and Donnafugata Castle.
The villa (180 sqm) develops over two levels.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living/dining room (with sofas and table seating eight), a well-equipped kitchen (with table seating 6) and a guest bathroom (with toilet). In the sleeping area, you will find three double bedrooms (with double bed) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower).
