The house has two levels, since the building is built on the cliff itself. On the first level there is a spacious living room with an interior dining room, a kitchen and a fabulous outdoor terrace. The whole area has direct views of the sea. The lower level has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two single beds and the third with a king size bed an an ensuite bathroom. The house has a second bathroom.
You will have access to the entire house.
Half an hour away is the Fira de Barcelona: Mobile World Congress, Alimentaria, Construmat. Free parking.
This is a quiet complex on a sea cliff. Sunny, dramatic, romantic, fun place to spend your holidays. It's a very special place, like you've probably never been before. you can reach the beach la Marina d'Aiguadolç in a 5 minute walk where you will also find several restaurants and bars. A well-services supermarket is also at reach.
This house provides the perfect relaxed environment for family holidays in a quiet area of Sitges, but with excellent access to the major beaches and restaurant facilities. The beach is only a 4 minute walk (path by the sea). You can also benefit from a walking distance (7 minutes walk) of the fantastic cafes, terraces and restaurants of Aiguadolç, the Sitges Marina. The center of Sitges is only 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car.
The train tracks run not far from the complex. For the most sensitive it could be a bit noisy, most don't even notice it.
