Sori, Frazione Canepa, on the Ligurian Riviera, semi-independent house on three floors, situated on a hill near other houses, facing south with sea view in a quiet and peaceful environment, completely renovated in 2016. Large private garden of about 180 square meters on two fenced and illuminated levels with sea view, equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and sofa with armchairs; in the highest level of the garden near the wood-burning oven and BBQ is the illuminated veranda and a large table with chairs, in the lower level of the garden there is a ping pong table and a hot shower with soap and shampoo. On the second floor of the house there is a large sunny terrace, equipped with table and chairs, with a splendid sea view.
The main house is spread over three floors with direct access from the garden and consists of: on the first floor lounge-dining room with table and chairs for 8-10 people and double sofa bed, independent kitchen with table and chairs, with stove and gas oven, with dishwasher and a bathroom with window and shower box. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with twin beds that can be turned into a double bed, overlooking the terrace, and a bedroom with bunk beds: both rooms have a sea view; on the third floor attic a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and window.
On the ground floor a further double room with two single beds is available (studio) with private bathroom and a kitchenette, with direct access from the garden.
The house is ideal for two families wishing to stay jointly.
