The apartment is nestled in a typical setting of the villages overlooking Lake Como. Nature has shaped the construction of villages with narrow streets and closely spaced houses, overlooking the lake on one side and sheltered by the majestic mountains behind. Like many other similar villages, Mandello also has a dual nature, to the extent that the locals define themselves as "laghee" (people of the lake) or "muntagnatt" (mountain people); on one hand, there's a deep love for the lake, and on the other hand, a desire to climb higher and higher into the mountains. This dual nature of challenge has always spurred the people of Mandello, so much so that among them, there are several world champions in various sports. The older generation remembers Ezio Gianola, a motorcycle rider, but surely everyone knows about the legend of Moto Guzzi and the Canottieri Moto Guzzi, which has produced and still produces world champions in rowing today. From the small lakeside courtyard, you climb a staircase to reach the balcony on the first floor. Before entering the house, continue along the balcony until you reach a window that offers a truly unique glimpse of the lake. Upon entering, you access the hallway; on the left, there is the well-equipped kitchen, in front of you is the living room, and on the right is the first bedroom with two single beds. The second bedroom can be reached from both the living room and a door between the two rooms.
