It is a pretty villa, relaxing and with great sea views of Tropea's sea and Eolie's islands. This stylish villa very new and includes full air conditioning, a smart and well-equipped kitchen with a sofa bed for 2, one shower room, one bedroom and one comfortable sofa bed for two persons. Fireplace. There are 1000mq of panoramic gardens with area bbq, infinity pool, wood-burning brick oven 'PIZZA', one solarium, and sunbed. The location is quiet and very near the centre and the sea, with all amenities within a short walk. The sea from the villa is just a 15-minute walk and the centre is 10 minutes walk. From the harbour of Tropea, there is a ship every day to the Eolies'island. There is parking below the villa but a car is not necessary to see all that Tropea offers. In all, this is an excellent, central, family holiday villa, and we have many testimonials - please ask. Airport Transfers cost 80€ and basic grocery packs (at cost) may be provided by arrangement.
