Comfortable modern villa well equipped 50 meters from the beach in a nice subdivision, it has three bedrooms, a lounge, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a large terrace with great views, courtyard with BBQ, private garden furniture garden, and everything needed to make you a more enjoyable life. Water sports and tennis lovers two courts available to the common pool. There are two restaurants in the subdivision and you have wifi in the pool.

You have a promenade by the sea with palm trees and the village is 500 meters away where you will find a supermarket, a hairdresser, the church, the press shop, bars and two restaurants, a pharmacy, the 'Ecole and small shops to buy fruit and fish. One day a week in the summer there is market day in the square of the church.
A long corridor in the garden (200 square meters) takes you to the main entrance of the house where you will find two bedrooms and a large living room, kitchen and a bathroom. You cross the yard behind the house where there is a barbecue and the floor there is another bedroom and a bathroom with a large sun terrace with views of the sea and the marina of Los Urrutias.
In the subdivision there are only villas and two restaurants, a bar, a swimming pool and two tennis courts, plus a playground for children and a field for basketball and petanque.
For those who love fishing and water sports you a few kilometers from Cape Palos, to scuba diving and fishing off the coast and a natural park, beautiful beaches.
The city of Cartagena is 18 kms with commerciels centers and everything you need for fun. The car you can park in front or behind the house is a cul de sac.
For golf lovers there are two golf clubs 5 kms.
You also have the beach completely safe for children, with hot water at 5 kilometers an even more lovely beach at with a golf course.
