Summary: Bella Estanca is a marvelous, charming villa within steps of beautiful beach. Castelldefels is such a fantastic place away from the touristy center of Barcelona but close enough to go into town to enjoy all of the sites. The villa had all of the necessary amenities for us. I would not recommend the villa for young children because the staircase would be quite a hazard. We also had issues with an air conditioner in one of the bedrooms which was leaking all over the floor splashing us in bed, so that bedroom was essentially unusable during our stay as we requested someone to fix it but no one came to help. Therefore we had to sleep on the couch and squeeze more into a bedroom because we had 5 people. Despite this issue, we still had a wonderful time and I would love to return someday.
