LAYOUT: Villa FALQUI is built in modern style and distributed over two floors. A large wooden door gives access to a corridor through which we will access all the rooms on the upper floor. Here we will find a large luminous space thanks to the large French windows. We have at our disposal a living-dining room with a dining table that seats all the guests as well as two sofas, a coffee table and a television. Behind this room is the open-plan kitchen with all the appliances and elements necessary for the preparation of fantastic meals. From the living room there is direct access to the modern pool area through a large glass door. On this floor there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. Furthermore, we have access to two bathrooms with shower as well as a guest toilet. Going down the stairs next to the swimming pool, we can access the lowest floo. This area consists of a large, modern bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with Italian shower and a spacious wardrobe.
EXTERIOR: The pool area has a large terrace where we can find sun loungers to enjoy the fantastic climate of the Costa Blanca surrounding the pool. In this space we will have at our disposal an outdoor dining table with capacity for all the guests. At the front there is a garden as well as a parking area for one vehicle. At all times, we are impressed by the breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea and the Cumbre del Sol area.
LOCATION: The villa FALQUI is situated in the upper part of Cumbre del Sol in Benitachell, which ensures perfect views over the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is located in a quiet area and only a few minutes away from supermarkets, restaurants as well as the villages of Benitachell and Moraira.
