The property consists of two independent villas 50m apart that can either be rented together, accommodating up to 12/15 people, or separately. Each house has its own pool (approx. 8x4 m, open May-October) with a panoramic view over the Val di Chiana and the beautiful church of Santa Maria Nuova. The main villa has an infinity pool, while the annexe has a beautiful pool with roman steps: the perfect place to enjoy the scenery "Under the Tuscan Sun". Other facilities include a car park, BBQ, washing machine and tumble dryer (charges apply). Wine and olive oil tastings, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and cooking classes are available upon request.
The 270m2 main villa can comfortably accommodate 8/10 people (four double bedrooms, with the possibility of adding a single bed in two rooms) and is equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi internet, radio / CD / DVD). player, safe).
