Villa Pettenasco is a comfortable country villa dating from the 16th century, which has been completely restored. As the villa is located on the hillside, you can see the lake and the mountains from the garden and all the rooms. It is an easy, pleasant 15-20 minute walk (1.5 km) to the lake and the small town of Pettenasco where you will find fully-equipped beaches, many restaurants, bars, shops (supermarket, food shops, newsagent, pharmacy, bank and post-office). There are restaurants and a Pizzeria 50 and 200 metres from the house. The hypermarkets are 5.8 km away.
It is surrounded by a very large private garden (450m2) with a lawn and fruit trees. There is a "boccia" bowling area, a granite dining table and plenty of garden furniture, including gazebos and deck chairs. The garden has a wall around it with a gate you can lock.
There is private parking and free Wi-Fi. The house sleeps up to 8 people.
It is a comfortable house and the rooms are spread over 2 floors and have been tastefully furnished. On the upper floor is a spacious (24m2) living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, armchairs, dining area) and satellite TV. There are 2 bedrooms, one (16m2) with a double bed and another (14m2) with 2 single beds that can be put together to make a double bed. An extra single bed can be added to the twin-room. There is a bathroom with shower and bidet.
On the ground floor is a spacious (33m2) and cosy country-style kitchen with dining area (large table for 10), original pizza, wood-burning stove and dishwasher. The kitchen opens onto the garden. There is a second bathroom and a laundry room.
Touring bikes and e-bikes and rowing boats for 4 -people with outboard motor (petrol or electric) as well as paddle boards can be rented.
