Villa Monsy I is a semi detached villa and next door is Villa Monsy II, great for renting together for larger families and is located in a great position in Urbanization Las Palmeras area in Puerto Pollensa with walking distance to beach and restaurants. Monsy I can sleep up to 5 guests with good size comfortable bedrooms to accommodate everyone.
The open plan living space is light and airy with comfortable seating with dining area and patio doors that lead to the outside area. The kitchen is adjoined from the living area and is fully equipped with cooker/hob, large fridge, kettle, toaster and a small breakfast table, plus access to the utility room with washing machine.
All 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, the spacious double bedroom has a beautiful typical Mallorcan wood bed with en-suite, then there is a twin bedroom and a single bedroom which share a separate bathroom on the opposite side of the hall. The double and twin bedrooms share a small balcony overlooking the swimming pool. There is a separate shower room on the ground floor.
The outside terrace has a lovely open area to enjoy alfresco dining overlooking the beautiful pool with loungers and roman steps. BBQ is available.
