Very nice house in the village of Palau-Saverdera, ideal for a relaxing holiday
away from stress. Located in the middle of the village, the house is
distributed on three floors. On the ground floor there is a very large garage
where you can park two cars, and a bathroom, ideal to take a shower on your way
back from the beach. The first floor consists of: living / dining room with
terrace, kitchen equipped with gas stove, oven and microwave, 3 bedrooms (each
one with two single beds) and a bathroom. On the second and last floor is a
large sunny terrace with a beautiful panoramic view over the bay of Roses and
the Pyrenees. There is also a versatile enclosed space. Palau-Saverdera is
highly appreciated by lovers of hiking and is the ideal place to enjoy an
authentic and peaceful holiday in the Alt Emporda. ANIMALS NOT ALLOWED.
