Naturaki Can Casadevall is an isolated house in the middle of a 10,000 m2 estate in the region of La Selva. We find it in the middle of nature but very well connected, next to the PGA Caldes de Malavella golf course, Girona and only one hour from Barcelona. The common, spacious, bright and open spaces will leave you speechless.
The imposing entrance distributes the house in three spaces: the day area overlooking the pool, the sleeping area and the attic-studio area with TV to enjoy the views. In the day area we find a spacious room with incredible views to the outside, with a fireplace, and a marble table. The kitchen, fully equipped, gives way to a large covered porch with barbecue, which can be used both in winter and summer. The house has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, heating and free wifi. Next to the living room we find a room with two beds, a bathroom with shower and sauna, the billiard room and the ping-pong room.
In the bedroom area is the rest of the rooms: one double, one triple, one with 2 single beds, one double with bathroom and a triple suite. We also found the fourth bathroom.
