Independent villa located 800 meters from the sandy beach and the village of Moraira with many shops, restaurants and pretty marina. There are 3 beaches: the nearest beach overlooks a medieval castle and behind this lovely beach you can find a palmtreepark. Alicante Airport is 94 km away.
The villa, located in a quiet and sunny place, has several terraces with views of the sea, the mountains or the garden of 11 acres with a pool of 9,50m x 4 m.
The villa has a living room with dining room and adjoining covered terrace, a kitchen with an adjoining terrace, a bathroom with bath, sink and WC, 4 bedrooms: bedroom 1 with double bed, wardrobe and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, bedroom 2 with double bed, cot, wardrobe, separate shower, bathroom with sink and toilet and open terrace, bedroom 3 with 2 single beds and wardrobe, bedroom 4 situated upstairs with double bed and adjoining terrace. The villa is equipped with 2 more terraces, one covered terrace facing the pool .
Gas fireplace in the living room, air conditioning (hot-cold) in the living room, kitchen and sleeprooms, electric heaters in the bathrooms + 2 portable electric heaters.
Garage with private parking. Washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, terrace furniture with tables ,chairs and longchairs.

Weekly price between 1000 and 1600 euro all inclusive depending on season (tourist tax, water consumption, 200 kwh/week electricity consumption, pool maintenance, cleaning at the end of your stay and internet wifi included)
Additionelly a rental guarantee will be asked of 450 euro.
It is forbidden to use the villa's electricity to charge electric cars or plug-in hybrids. Overconsumption of electricity greater than 200 kwh per week is not included in the rental price and will be recovered from the rental guarantee. The price of the overconsumption will be 0,50 euro/kwh.
At your request possibility to rent sheets and towels. The price is to ask to the owner (double bed sheets 26 euro - single bed sheet 13 euro - cot sheets 13 euro - little and big bath towel 6 euro per person).
The option sheets and towels is to be paid financially to the owner.
One cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price regardless of the length of your stay.
The rental of the villa is subject to the return of a signed copy of the contract with the mention "read and approved".
Rental from Saturday to Saturday and in high season in periods of 2 weeks. Exceptionally , can be deviated from after approval of the owner.
The reservation is always lost in case of cancellation.The rental guarantee will be reimbursed in full within 2 weeks if the directives and internal regulations included in the contract have been respected.
