Summary: On arrival, my double bed request was 2 single beds. Double available after extra charge. The area around has nothing. It's dark, the taxi can't find it. I'm not scared but a lady would be scared. Why is there a seperate key swipe to enter and leave the pool? It malfunctioned on my return leaving me stuck in the pool area for several minutes... What if I'd lost my card? I've already swiped to access the lift. No more security is needed. Eventually it worked. But having a swipe is not needed. I think I will choose another hotel next time.
