The villa comprises two independent apartments which can be rented separately: Asgard (Top Floor Level) and Nautilus (Garden Level). Each apartment has 3 bedrooms, each of which offers afabulous view of the coastline, 2 bathrooms and its ownkitchen, dining area and living room. Each apartment is accessible from the street (the Nautilus apartment can also be reachedfrom the rocky cliffs) and there is no internal connection between both apartments.The villa is fully equipped, a ping-pong table, an Andalusian patio and two barbecues add to the multiple possibilities of enjoying the exterior of the house. Directly from the garden you have access to the coastal path which allows you toaccess Cala Crancsbeach via the rocks in 3 minutes. Cala Crancs beach is one of the most beautiful in Salou. For very young children, less at ease on the rocks, the beach is a 10-minute walk down the road. Our property contains no parking, but there are many parking spaces directly in front of the house.The shops and restaurants in Cap Salou are only 5 minutes walk from the house.BothSalou andLa Pineda are 5 minutes drive from the house, whereas the city ofTarragona and Reus Airport are15 minutes from the house.
