Impressive independent 4-bedroom villa located in one of the most exclusive areas of the Spanish southeast.
This beautiful house is distributed over three floors. On the lowest floor there is a spacious and bright living room with high ceilings surrounded by windows, which give access to a large terrace with mountain views. On the corner of the terrace there is a private pool, ready to be used from May to October. The beautiful terrace is fully equipped and has a "dining" area and another "chill out" area, it also has a pergola and a large awning. The large independent kitchen also has a dining area, and is linked to both the living room and the terrace.
On the second floor, which is the house entrance, there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with two bunk beds, as well as a complete bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
On the third floor we find a bedroom with two single beds and the master bedroom, with a double bed, separate bathroom with shower and work area, it has a large window with mountain views and, in it, a large balcony.
Three of the four bedrooms have a desk so you can work comfortably, the house has internet, and although the garage it is not available, two cars can be parked just in front of its entrance.
The Urbanization in which it is located, Atalayas II, is located in the exclusive La Manga Club complex, a few minutes from Cabo de Palos and La Manga del Mar Menor, in this complex you can find numerous restaurant options, as well as shops and all kinds of services.
If you are looking for a large, bright, charming house with a big terrace in a quiet, safe area, and also with a golf course just around the corner, this is definitely the best option.
