The house consists of 2 floors: on the ground floor there is a covered veranda, a large living room and a separate kitchen, complete with all appliances (coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, gas hob and refrigerator /freezer and kettle). On the second floor there is a shaded terrace, 3 bedrooms: one double and the other two doubles, 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The whole house is equipped with heat pumps (hot/cold). Adjacent to the kitchen there is a small service area with the washing machine. The house is surrounded by a large courtyard; in a reserved space of the latter there is a comfortable shower equipped with hot water.
The villa is located in a picturesque fishing village in Santa Lucia di Siniscola, in typical Mediterranean style and immersed in a healthy pine forest ideal for families. The house is 100 meters from the "boat beach" and 300 from the "big beach", 7 km long of very fine white sand. On the seafront, a pedestrian area ideal for walks, there is a Saracen tower. The village is equipped with all services, as there are numerous restaurants and pizzerias that satisfy every need. A few km away you can visit the beautiful beaches of: Berchida, Capo Comino and the naturalistic oasis of Bidderosa. To satisfy even the needs of the little ones, there is an adventure park in the heart of the pine forest.
