On the ground floor is the living area with an open kitchen and dining area, a bathroom, a large soundproofed games/relaxation room equipped with a large screen, table tennis table, table football and air hockey, and various parlour games for young and old. On the ground floor, before the entrance, there is a room called the 'thinkers' room' with atmospheric lighting. The antique furniture and furnishings give an almost solemn air to the room, which deliberately stands out from the bright and lively context of the villa.

Rocca San Giovanni is a pretty town located on the Adriatic coast of Abruzzo, a few kilometres from Vasto. The town is framed by a green hill overlooking the crystal-clear sea, offering breathtaking panoramic views. The historical centre of Rocca San Giovanni is characterised by narrow, winding streets, stone buildings and ancient churches, which make the atmosphere of the town intimate and evocative. Rocca San Giovanni's main attractions include the 10th-century Ducal Castle, with its imposing walls and towers rising above the village, the Church of San Rocco and the 14th-century Church of Santa Maria Maggiore, beautiful examples of Baroque architecture, with valuable paintings and frescoes.
Rocca San Giovanni is located a few kilometres from the coast, with its beaches of fine or stony sand and the trabocchi, a particular type of coastal constructions typical of the Abruzzo region, which extend for several kilometres along the Adriatic coast, between Fossacesia and Ortona. In the surroundings of Rocca San Giovanni there are several cycling and walking trails. One of the most famous tracks is the Pista Ciclabile Adriatica (Adriatic Cycle Track), which stretches for more than 130 km along the Adriatic coast, starting from Martinsicuro, in the province of Teramo, and ending in San Salvo, in the province of Chieti. These cycle and pedestrian paths are also an excellent opportunity to discover the historical centres and the artistic and cultural beauties of the towns crossed, such as churches, castles, historical palaces and museums.
