The house offers an Andalusian courtyard with fountain where you can enjoy an aperitif. Outside you will also find a beautiful covered porch with barbecue, dining table and chairs. Here you can spend family dinners in the fresh air, refresh yourself in the pool and watch the children playing. The chalet is spacious, bright and furnished with attention to detail.
The house is located in Águilas near the natural park Cabo Cope y Puntas de Calnegre, a nature reserve between the regions of Lorca and Águilas with 17 km of unspoiled beaches at Bahía de Mazarrón. There are also Isla del Fraile, Playa de Arroz, Playa Amarilla, beautiful coves, panoramic views of the sea and the mountains, hiking and biking trails, diving and fishing opportunities in abundance. By car you can reach Águilas in less than 5 minutes, a place full of history, entertainment and culture. The golf course El Aguilón is only 25 minutes away. The town's gastronomy is also incorrigible and must be tasted, and its spectacular festivities at Carnival are internationally renowned.
