Convenient for all mountain pursuits in summer and winter plus spas, excellent restaurants, natural attractions such as waterfalls, glaciers, mountain lakes and summits. The village, famed for the highest produced wine in Europe, prize winning blue cheese - Blu d@aosta, locally reared beef and cured meats, also features traditional pursuits like the 'battle of the reines' - cow fighting (no cows are hurt!) and wood carving. Convenient to rail, bus and motorway connections. There is even UK FreeSat satellite TV for chilling out!
