We are in Cugnoli in the province of Pescara in the heart of the wonderful and green Abruzzo.
Our farmhouse dates back to the early 1800s and has been finely renovated recently, respecting the originality and character of the time and adding every type of comfort while being completely eco-sustainable. In fact, the structure is 100% autonomous from an energy point of view, being equipped with solar panels and a heating system of water and radiators with ecological fuel based on olive stone.
During your stay you will have at your disposal the huge park surrounding the farmhouse, shaded by trees typical of the area and equipped with a barbecue area and garden furniture.
The interior of the farmhouse, carefully furnished with valuable period furniture, is located on two levels communicating through an elegant brick staircase with a wrought iron handrail. It includes a large entrance hall, a welcoming entertainment area with piano and flat-screen TV, a bathroom with tub, a large kitchen equipped with all kinds of comforts and finally three very spacious bedrooms that can accommodate up to a total of 11 beds. In addition, on the upper level of the structure we also offer you the opportunity to take advantage of the large and bright sun terrace equipped with outdoor wooden furniture, from which you can admire the relaxing landscape of the surrounding countryside. Throughout the hotel you can take advantage of the free WiFi service. The surroundings of the farmhouse are perfect to visit with our bicycles made available to you free of charge for the entire duration of your stay. We will be happy to accommodate your four-legged friends who will certainly appreciate the location surrounded by nature. We also offer you the possibility to park for free in the private parking inside the farmhouse or if you need it we are available to carry out a shuttle service.
