the house is located in a panoramic area, is recently built, located above the village of Chia, on the hill from which you can admire the beautiful Pisan tower. It is about 1200 meters from the nearest beaches, allowing you to reach them on foot in just 10 minutes. The house is finished with great care, modernly furnished, comfortable and hospitable. having meals on the patio allows you to enjoy the splendid panorama both day and night, hard to forget.
the house and its appliances are available to guests, who also have free parking, either in front of the entrance or at the back of the house, also with direct access.
